COVID-19 Wall of Shame

The intent of this survey is to gather **ANONYMOUS testimonials** of workers and tenants across the Dane County area who feel that their employer or landlord may be violating health or safety regulations during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will share these testimonials publicly so that citizens are aware of businesses that are putting our community at further risk, while making sure to remove any information which could make workers identifiable to their employer.
