“Haven’t paid April rent. They taped a bill for rent to my door and stickered my truck to be towed for “expired plates.”

This behavior is not uncharacteristic of them. In the past, they have gone through the park on the 6th of the month (after the 5 day grace period for rent) and stickered vehicles to be towed by Schmidt’s Towing. Pretty sure they get a cut off the impound fees.”
